2) The Second Election District is bounded by Madison and Catharine streets, East river, and Market street.

3) The Third Election District is bounded by Division, Pike, Madison, and Market streets.

4) The Fourth Election District is bounded by Madison and Pike streets, East river, and Market street.

5) The Fifth Election District is bounded by Madison and Clinton streets, East river, and Pike street.

6) The Sixth Election District is bounded by Division, Clinton, Madison, and Pike streets.

7) The Seventh Election District is bounded by Clinton, Division, Gouverneur, and Madison streets.

8) The Eighth Election District is bounded by Madison and Gouverneur streets, the East river, and Clinton street.

9) The Ninth Election District is bounded by Division, Grand, Jackson, Monroe, and Gouverneur streets.
